Your written quotation or kit order records the work you are agreeing to. Read it with the arrangements below before accepting.
Repair quotations and acceptance
Site visits and repair quotations are free. Check the scope, inclusions, exclusions, price, quotation validity, timing and payment stages in your written quote. Ask us to clarify anything missing before accepting. We agree access and working hours for your property before work starts.
The usual project deposit is 50%. A different upfront amount for materials or purchases is agreed in the quotation. Further investigation, opening-up work, specialist testing and changes to the work are scoped and any cost agreed before proceeding.
If your plans or access arrangements change, contact us promptly so we can discuss timing and any consequences under your quotation. The terms of your accepted quote apply to that job.
Aftercare or a concern about the work
Email info@healthydry.co.nz with your quote or order reference, a description of the issue and relevant photographs. Tell us what outcome you are seeking. We will review the concern and discuss the appropriate next step, including any inspection or remedy needed. If you have not received a reply, check your spam folder and call 0800 111 944 Monday–Saturday, 7am–5pm.
