Written mould assessment reports
A standalone mould assessment investigates likely causes and provides documented findings, photographs and practical recommendations. The agreed assessment is $339.25 including GST. Laboratory testing and specialist investigation are scoped and priced separately.
Insurance claims
Tell us what documentation your insurer requires. We can provide repair quotations and, through a paid assessment, written findings and photographs. We confirm the scope and any report fee before proceeding. Your insurer decides what evidence is needed and whether the damage is covered.
