Mould remediation, restoration and methamphetamine decontamination

Werner Sevenster’s work with Healthy & Dry includes property assessments, mould remediation, restoration, repairs and methamphetamine decontamination. Based in Taranaki, he draws on practical experience in building, restoration and treatment work to explain the findings and suitable next steps.

His methamphetamine decontamination experience is documented in project records dating back to 2017. Werner personally carries out and supervises every Healthy & Dry meth decontamination job, from preparation and pre-cleaning through treatment and post-cleaning.

Werner considers the condition of affected materials, the history of the problem, available testing reports and the scope of suitable treatment or repairs. He explains what the visible evidence supports, identifies uncertainty and discusses any further investigation needed. For meth decontamination, the client arranges independent post-work testing separately from his treatment work. He agrees selected repair work with the client and can involve a suitable local tradesperson for that agreed scope. Plumbing, electrical, fan and extraction installations are outside our services; the client arranges those specialists directly. Floor and subfloor repairs are not offered.
