Insurance claim? Let’s help you get started

Repair quotations are free. If you need a separate mould investigation and written assessment report, this is a paid service. Findings and likely contributing conditions are included on the invoice after a mould-cleaning job.

A report you can share with your insurer
Photographs, observed findings, likely causes and recommended next steps. We distinguish what you tell us from what we observe, and explain any uncertainty.

Could my insurance cover the damage?

Possibly. Your insurer decides whether your policy covers the damage.

Cover depends on your policy and how the damage occurred. Sudden damage and damage that develops over time can be treated differently, and some policies include limited cover for hidden gradual damage.

We can document visible damage, provide photographs and quote suitable repairs for you to share with your insurer. Your insurer confirms what evidence it needs and whether cover applies.

Just need a repair quote?
Repair-scoping visits and quotations are free for selected shower-lining, damage-repair and repainting work. Plumbing, electrical, fan and extraction installations and floor/subfloor repairs are outside our services.

There is no obligation to accept the repair quotation. Any additional investigation, opening-up work or specialist testing must have its scope and any cost agreed before proceeding.
